The IT employee promises you that he will complete his work and deliver it to you. This can be various things, depending on what you have agreed with them, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Well functioning IT infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of a new app<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design of a website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individually programmed software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here it is important to know that you are not entering into a service contract, there is a difference. With a contract for work, the IT specialist has the option of completing the assignment and has complete freedom as to when or where they work. The only important thing is that the work is delivered within the agreed period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-welche-punkte-sollten-im-werkvertrag-geregelt-sein\">Which points should be regulated in the contract for work and services?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are a few things that should definitely be included in a contract for work and services in the IT sector to ensure that both sides get their money's worth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all, the <strong>scope of the services to be provided<\/strong>. Of course, it is important that he fulfills the technical requirements to complete his task. It is important to define what exactly he has to do and whether he can work together with another person, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then it is also important which <strong>remuneration <\/strong>he receives for his work. This determines whether he is paid at a flat rate or an hourly rate is agreed. If you opt for an hourly rate, the IT expert should prepare a cost estimate beforehand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Equally important is the <strong>project duration<\/strong>, as you naturally want the work to be completed promptly. For larger projects, it\u2019s also advisable to set specific milestones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Finally, the <strong>right of termination<\/strong> is also regulated in a contract for work and services. The IT expert may only terminate the contract for a significant reason, for example, if the client fails to fulfil their duty to cooperate.
