According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bitkom.org\/Presse\/Presseinformation\/Rekord-Fachkraeftemangel-Deutschland-IT-Jobs-unbesetzt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Study by the industry association Bitkom<\/a> around 149,000 IT positions remained unfilled! This record figure makes one thing clear: there is a constantly growing need for qualified IT specialists. And the supply cannot meet this demand.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Companies that nevertheless find a way to attract qualified <a href=\"https:\/\/it-teams-global.de\/en\/\">IT Specialists<\/a> are at a clear advantage. They can take on more customers and projects, deliver better services and work more efficiently. Those who do not have enough staff, on the other hand, may have to turn down new customer projects and postpone existing ones.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Two ways to find qualified workers despite a shortage of skilled workers<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. IT - Recruitment&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The first solution to the shortage of skilled workers in the IT sector lies in the <a href=\"https:\/\/it-teams-global.de\/en\/it-recruitment-agency\/\">IT Recruitment Agency.<\/a>. The central role here is played by the recruitment agency, which places employees (in this case IT specialists) with companies. This means that the company does not have to spend months recruiting, but is instead recommended qualified specialists by the recruitment agency - without any effort on its part. The employees placed in this way are then employed directly by the company.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Temporary employment<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In contrast to the recruitment agency, the <a href=\"https:\/\/it-teams-global.de\/en\/time-work-it-2\/\">Temporary Employment <\/a>is a temporary type of employment. There is no conventional contract between employee and employer. Rather, employee leasing involves a company borrowing employees from another company. The employees are not employed directly by the borrowing company, but are merely loaned.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The legal framework for temporary employment is set out in the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gesetze-im-internet.de\/a_g\/BJNR113930972.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Act on the Regulation of Temporary Employment (Temporary Employment Act - A\u00dcG)<\/a> to find.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In which areas are foreign IT specialists deployed?<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Foreign skilled workers are employed by German companies in all kinds of sectors, for example in the care sector, the <a href=\"https:\/\/zeitarbeit-produktion.de\/\">Production <\/a>and logistics, construction and agriculture.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In the IT sector, for example, foreign specialists are employed in the following areas <a href=\"https:\/\/it-teams-global.de\/en\/project\/it-software-developer\/\">Software Development<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/it-teams-global.de\/en\/project\/it-security-specialist\/\">IT security<\/a> and system administration. Many data scientists and AI experts from abroad are also employed in Germany.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the advantages of employing foreign IT specialists?<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Foreign IT specialists employed through a recruitment agency or within the framework of temporary employment have many advantages.
