What are the differences between direct placement and employee leasing?

In employee leasing, the employee is employed by us. We then assign the employee to your company for a specific period of time. This period is agreed upon in advance, and the employee remains on our payroll. We retain the authority to issue instructions to the employee. This naturally has advantages for you; however, once the agreed period expires, the employee must leave your company. If you need someone beyond the agreed timeframe, we would then need to provide a new candidate.

If, from the start, you know that you need an employee permanently, then direct placement is the better option for you. Through our network, we have greater opportunities to find a suitable employee for your needs.

This employee will then be directly employed by you. That means you sign the contract with the IT professionals. We are no longer involved in this process. The employee is directly on your payroll, there’s no fixed term unless you want one, and you hold full authority over the employee.

How does our permanent placement service work?

Essentially, we can say that we go through three steps:

  1. You commission us with the search for an IT expert for a permanent position
  2. We take the candidate profile and start looking for suitable personnel. We collect various potential candidates, conduct preliminary interviews and then present the profiles to you
  3. You decide on a candidate and then sign the employment contract with them
